“Noel Carl of Grand Irish was very professional and competent. They had the posts in and cemented on day one. The cross rails were also done. They finished putting the boards up and cleaned up on day two. They worked very quickly but did not sacrifice quality in any way. Both Noel and Carl were friendly and personable and were open to any suggestions or comments that we had. I would recommend this company for any fencing projects that you have.
