Noel’s professional career in construction began in 1998 after he was accepted into a four year apprenticeship program. He successfully obtained a National Craft Qualification in Carpentry and Joinery (Red Seal). Noel also possesses a Construction Management Qualification in construction from the Canadian Construction Association (CCA).
Over the years Noel has learned invaluable skills and experience in a variety of areas including but not limited to finishing work, framing, roofing, flooring, and formwork effectively making him the well-rounded professional he is today. His most recent project was with PCL as the Site Foreman of the Stantec Tower, which when finished will be the tallest building in Western Canada.
